everyone.

We are committed to ensuring that our services, digital platforms and programmes are accessible, inclusive and equitable for all individuals.

The GCFC Foundation NPC, known as The GCC Foundation ("we," "our," or "us"), is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that ensures accessibility for all individuals, including those with disabilities.

We uphold the values of dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity in all our services, digital platforms and programmes.

Section 01

Our Commitment to Accessibility

We strive to create an accessible experience for everyone, including those with physical, sensory, cognitive and other disabilities. Our goal is to ensure that our services, digital platforms and programmes are inclusive and equitable — not as an afterthought, but as a core part of how we operate.

  • Regularly testing and updating our digital platforms to enhance accessibility.

Our digital accessibility work is guided by the WCAG 2.1 AA standard. If you encounter a barrier on our website, please let us know — we take all reports seriously and act on them promptly.

Section 04

Use of Assistive Devices

Individuals with disabilities are welcome to use their personal assistive devices to access our services without restriction. We support a wide range of assistive technologies and make reasonable accommodations as needed. If you require specific support, please contact us in advance so we can ensure the right provisions are in place.

Section 05

Accessible Communication

We recognise that different individuals may have varying communication needs. To ensure effective communication for all:

  • We provide information in accessible formats upon request.
  • Alternative communication methods, such as sign language interpretation and text-to-speech tools, can be arranged where possible.
  • Our team is trained to accommodate accessibility needs with patience and sensitivity.
Section 06

Physical Accessibility

Where applicable, we ensure that our physical locations are accessible. This includes:

  • Wheelchair-accessible entrances, restrooms and meeting spaces.
  • Clear signage and designated areas for individuals with disabilities.
  • Assistance available where needed to navigate facilities and access services.

If you have specific requirements ahead of visiting one of our locations, please contact us so we can make the necessary arrangements.
