About GCC

Structure is how
change holds.

The Global Centre for Change Foundation exists to build the systems that give young people a reliable path forward and keep them on it.

Who We Are

A registered NPC built for the
long term.

GCC is a registered Non-Profit Company and Public Benefit Organisation operating in the Deep South of Cape Town. We design and deliver structured intervention programmes that address the pipeline of disconnection; starting in schools, extending into communities and building economic pathways for young people.

We do not run isolated projects. We build systems designed to compound, worth more in year three than they were in year one.

Our work is deliberate, evidence-informed and built to endure beyond the initial investment. We operate across three interconnected pillars: youth mentorship, teacher development and legacy skills infrastructure, because none of these work in isolation.

Every programme we run is designed with one question as its primary constraint: will this still be running, and will it still matter, in three years?

Our Team

The people who show up. GCC is built on the belief that the quality of the person in the room determines the quality of the outcome. Meet the team that makes the work possible.

Statement of Need

The numbers are not abstract. They are your neighbours. South Africa's education and social crisis is measurable, documented and addressable - if the intervention is structured to last.

Good intentions don't change outcomes.
Consistency does.

GCC builds the systems that make consistency possible for young people, for teachers and for the communities that carry both.
